Delivery

You'll find a dispatch estimate on each product page. 

Dispatch refers to the time we send the product on its way to our delivery partner. It does not mean that it will arrive at your home.

  • Most of our items are in stock and dispatched within 48 hours.
  • Only in-stock items ordered on a business day (Mon-Fri) before 17:00 CET will be dispatched on the same day.
  • For standard items (except sofa's and other large items) we will use DHL or DPD to deliver your order.
  • You will receive a tracking code from us once we ship out your order.
  • For big items like sofa's, daybeds and other large items you will not receive a tracking code, instead you will receive a call from our delivery company to make an appointment for the delivery with you.
  • You may receive e-mail or sms updates, but this can differ per carier and country.

Delivery Service

  • We deliver all products you ordered together if they can be shipped with the same carrier. If you want your order to be partially delivered there may be extra charges for delivery.
  • Where applicable you can opt for Saturday or Sunday delivery in the checkout, please note there may be an extra charge for delivery in the weekend.
  • If you want to upgrade an existing order to a weekend or premium delivery option, we will charge you for this and it's only possible if your order has not been dispatched already.
  • If you would like to have your order delivered on a specific date than you can chose so in the checkout under the delivery options or feel free to contact us so we can arrange it for you.
  • If you would like to have your order fully assembled or you have a big project? We can take care of the assembly and discarding the protection and assembly material. Please contact us so we can make a personalized quote for you.
  • If you live outside of the EU we can also deliver the order to you please contact our sales team so we can make a personalized quote for you.
  • If you live on Island there will be an extra charge for delivery, please contact our team so we can make a personalized quote for you.

Removal of old furniture

  •  In some cases, we can take away your old furniture, which will be passed onto charity if in good condition. But if your furniture's seen better days, don't worry – we'll make sure it's properly recycled.
  • If you have any other question feel free to chat with us at any time.

Returns

You have the right to cancel and/or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. This cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a person designated by you who is not the carrier, actually receive the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us using the return form or clearly communicate your decision to cancel the contract via email, phone, or chat. You may use the standard cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. And you reserve the right to return within 14 days of receipt without prior notification. 

You must return the goods as soon as possible, but in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which you inform us of your decision to cancel the contract. You are on time if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You are responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

  • Can I change my order?
    If you order has not been dispatched you can change your order. If your order is dispatched you are not able to make any adjustments.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Yes, as long as the item's not been dispatched you cancel your order. If your order has been dispatched you will need to wait and return the order back to us.
    If you would like to cancel certain items before dispatch you can contact us and we will adjust your order accordingly.
  • What is your return period?
    We offer a return period of 14 days from the day you receive the products.If you want to return your order, you can register the return by clicking here.
  • What if I don't like the products?
    You can easily return your order by contacting us. We will go over the return process with you and make sure you are satisfied.
    Once we have received your return we will process it and refund you. Please note you can only return an item if it's unused, has it's orginal packaging and is complete without any damages or stains. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
  • What if the items are delivered damaged or I was sent the wrong items?
    It's important that you inspect your order on delivery. If you're not happy, let our delivery partner know and contact us. Our quality team checks your furniture to make sure it's up to the very best standards before we send it to you. But if we've missed something or sent you the wrong thing, just let us know within 14 days. It really helps if you send us a few photos of the damage or any other issues. Our team will assess your complaint and let you know how to return the item, or arrange for a collection. We'll either give you a full refund, arrange for a repair, or order you a replacement.
  • How much does a return cost?
    If you need to return an item because it's faulty, or because of something we've done wrong, we won't charge you for the return/collection. But if you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, you'll need to pay the cost noted below.
  • How long will my refund take?
    We will refund the entire purchase amount (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days upon receipt of the return request. However, we reserve the right to delay the refund until we have received the products or until you have provided evidence of having sent them back. We can only make a refund to the original payment you used to place your order. With direct payment methods like "IDEAL,Bancontact" the refunds are visible directly on your account. We provide you with a proof of the refund and a credit memo for your administration.

If you return your complete order, we'll give you a refund for the amount paid for the products, minus the return fee.
If you only return your order partially, we'll refund those returned items, minus the returns costs.

Return cost

One of the principles that form the foundation of Furnicher is respecting our planet. This requires us to offer a responsible shopping environment. To support this philosophy we offer a free exchange service. Since we understand that it might happen that you have ordered the wrong colour or that the product does not match your expectations. In that case you may exchange the ordered products free of charge for another colour or product.

However, in case you decide to return your order we charge a fee in order to be able to process your return responsibly and environmentally friendly.

 

Please find below the return rates for returns through a local service point or postal office. In case you wish products to be collected from home, there will be a surcharge for the collection.
