Product care guidance
Wood and Veneer
Light affects wood and veneer, especially during the first 6-8 weeks as they absorb light from their surroundings. Keep the surfaces clear to prevent permanent marks. Initially, new furniture needs time to absorb light to match the tone of your existing pieces.
Use water sparingly, only in the form of a damp cloth, and always follow with a dry cloth.
Wood and veneer are sensitive to liquids, so it's crucial to wipe spills immediately.

Leather care
Protect leather from direct sunlight and heat to prevent colour fading.
For routine cleaning, use a dry, soft cloth.

Marble
Being porous, marble requires prompt cleaning of spilled liquids to prevent staining.
Prior to delivery, a protective silicone wax layer is applied to mitigate liquid absorption. However, oily substances penetrate faster than water-based ones. Since marble can crack under heat, use coasters to protect its surface.
Marble care tips:
Wipe spills immediately with a clean, neutral-coloured cloth dampened in lukewarm water.
For deep cleaning, use only pH-neutral soap, like soap flakes. Acidic or alkaline products will damage the surface.
Use coasters under drinks and hot objects to shield the surface.
Outdoor furniture
Treat wooden parts with suitable outdoor furniture oil before use and then 3-4 times yearly (or 6 times in dry climates).
Clean laminate and polyethylene wicker parts with a damp cloth and a bit of detergent, avoiding abrasive cleaners.
